Balanced Vin Yin Class

This class is faster paced for the first 30 minutes as it is a vinyasa style start to the class. Once halfway through your class you will begin to enter your yin phase of your practice to drive the stretch into the fascia, your connective tissue. The yin portion will leave you steady and zen, ready for bed or even ready to take on the day.
